I am a client-centred therapist, which means I value collaboration and believe the relationship between myself and my clients to be an integral part of the therapy process.

As well as working intersectionally, affirmatively and anti-oppressively, I use a bio-psycho-social model as a framework. This means we will explore the interplay of biological, psychological and social factors on the challenges you are having.
