"My unique lived experience means I am interested in working - affirmatively, intersectionally, and holistically - with your own."

I have always been curious about sexuality and relationships, and have a depth of lived experience to offer. I believe that having a space in which it’s safe to be authentic is truly important; this is what I offer.

As well as having over a decade of lived experience of kink and nonmonogamy, I sit at a number of social intersections:

  • I am queer and nonbinary;

  • I am biracial (British and Indian but, for the most, part white-passing);

  • I am neurodivergent;

  • and I have type 1 diabetes, a chronic but invisible condition.

My unique lived experience means I am interested in working — affirmatively, intersectionally and holistically — with your own.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I am an adult sex educator who specialises in kink and nonmonogamy education. This means I value psychoeducation as the foundation of my practice.

About Me

Note: I was obsessed with giraffes as a child and still find them fascinating as an adult. My favourite giraffe fact is that no two giraffes have the same fur patterns (much like human fingerprints) — hence the giraffe print you see here.

In my past life I was a primary school teacher. I worked mostly with 10 and 11 year olds in the UK and Busan, South Korea, and teaching SRE (sex and relationship education) quickly became a passion of mine.

A bit more about me...

It was being in education that really cemented my interest in mental health and social/ emotional development and led to my choice to train in play therapy with Place2Be.

However, during this training my own life took a more kinky and nonmonogamous turn. When looking for a therapist, I realised there weren’t many out there who were able to work with me around these things without judgement. So… I decided to become the therapist I’d needed, for others.

I am a Registered Member of The College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

I completed my Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Relationship Therapy at The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology in July 2024. This included completing over 150 hours of clinical practise online and in-person, working with a range of client presentations over the course of a year. I completed this with The Therapy Yard, where I am now an associate.

About me as a therapist...

Prior to that, I finished my London Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy in November 2021, and my Level 2 and 3 Courses in Child Counselling Skills (Place2Be) in January 2017.

I have been kink-active and exploring nonmonogamy for over a decade.

I follow ethical codes and standards of proficiency laid out by COSRT.

I do not support conversion therapy in any form.

I do not involve any form of physical touch in my practice.
